- To create free email addresses register on Google App Standard Edition here. It offers creation of 10 email addresses for free.
- Enter you domain under the section "I want to use an existing domain name"
- Enter details to sign-up for Google Apps
- You would need to verify your domain; There are multiple ways to do it, upload the HTML on your website, add the meta tag as suggested or if you can, add a new DNS record by logging into your domain host account. You can also verify the domain by linking your Google Analytics account. Domain verification is must since it's the only way Google can ascertain that you are the owner of the domain(website)
- One you have completed any of the verification processes you are good to go
- Complete the verification process and return to your domain host (The one from where you have purchased the web-domain)
